Big girl!

Some photos of the birthday girl. She seemed to have an extra big smile on her face and an extra scoot in her crawl on Tuesday like she knew it was her special day.

But when dinner/gift time came around, she had a puzzled look on her face but was game enough to humor us. Nick helped her open her gifts. She was not amused by the traditional Nordloh birthday hat. Hmmm, actually no one but me seems amused by that hat...


She was outright angry about not getting to touch the candles. See big brother helping?

Her mermaid toy and plastic girl (to go in the pink car!) were her favs.


For someone who’s never had cake, she didn’t even balk at the strawberry cupcake we put in front of her. Just dug in and sucked the icing/goodness off her hands.
